Each project module is thoughtfully designed to guide middle and high school students through a logical sequence of problem solving. About Project

This high school project encourages students to create a vibrant and engaging online campaign to destigmatize mental health. Working in teams, students will research mental health topics and use their creativity to design a dynamic digital campaign that includes videos, info graphics, blog posts, and social media content. The project will culminate in a live campaign where teams showcase their digital outreach and impact towards destigmatizing mental health. This project not only enhances students’ understanding of mental health but also develops their skills in digital marketing, teamwork, and empathy, promoting a proactive approach to mental health awareness. This Project is offered in association with Doc Gautham’s Neuro Centre.

Dr Gauthamadas Udipi

Dr. Gauthamadas Udipi is a renowned psychiatrist and neuroscientist, serving as the Chief Consultant Psychiatrist at Neuro Center and Director of the Ashoka Centre of Well-Being at Ashoka University. With decades of experience in neuropsychiatry, mental health, and behavioral sciences, he specializes in treating stress disorders, neurodevelopmental conditions, and complex psychiatric cases.

A distinguished clinician, researcher, and educator, Dr.Gauthamadas Udipi has been instrumental in developing mental health programs, integrating neuroscience with psychiatry, and advocating for holistic well-being. He has collaborated extensively with academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and policy makers to promote mental health awareness, early intervention, and community well-being.
