Mental health affects how we think, feel, and act in everyday life, yet the stigma surrounding it often keeps people silent. The "Smash the Stigma" project empowers students to change this by diving into mental health topics and sharing what they learn through creative campaigns. Here are some of the key topics students explore:

Anxiety: Understanding causes and ways to manage it.

Depression: Recognizing symptoms and supporting those who may struggle.

Self-Care: Building habits for mental well-being.

Stress Management: Coping strategies for school, family, and social pressures.

Through digital campaigns—including videos, infographics, and social media challenges—students can creatively raise awareness and reach wide audiences. These campaigns make complex topics easier to understand, helping others see that mental health struggles are normal and manageable. Additionally, students can share personal experiences through blogs, connecting with others who may feel alone and encouraging open conversations about mental well-being.

"Smash the Stigma" is more than just a project; it’s a movement for a supportive community where mental health is respected. By raising awareness and breaking down barriers, students can inspire others to seek support and view mental well-being as essential. Join us in smashing the stigma and making mental health a priority for all.
