We at Kruu are excited to announce a strategic partnership with JMC Academy, Australia. This collaboration reinforces our mission to deliver immersive, hands-on learning experiences to students in any part of the world.
Having engaged over 425,000 students across more than 450 schools, Kruu will integrate a series of creative media projects co-designed with JMC Academy’s expert faculty. Learners will dive into media production, design, and storytelling assignments that mirror professional workflows. Each project introduced through this partnership will be crafted to build creative confidence, teamwork, and technical skills through real-world briefs and mentor support.
“Our collaboration with JMC Academy marks a new chapter in redefining education through project-based methods,” said Anil Srinivasan, Founder of Kruu. “By linking our students with leading innovators in creative media, we are enabling them to develop authentic portfolios and problem-solving abilities that matter in today’s dynamic industries.”
Through this partnership, students will gain access to JMC Academy’s extensive network of industry practitioners, as well as opportunities for internships and credentials recognized internationally. These new creative media projects will join Kruu’s growing library of over 55 PBL experiences, empowering learners to pursue personalised pathways aligned with their passions and future career goals.
Peter Gainey – Director, International Partnerships, JMC University Australia, said: “KRUU’s model inspires students to tackle authentic challenges through interdisciplinary collaboration, guided by mentors from globally respected institutions. This aligns perfectly with JMC Academy’s educational philosophy: to nurture future leaders for the creative economy.”
Building on Kruu’s award-winning legacy—including the top global honour in Arts & Humanities at the Wharton QS Reimagine Education Awards in 2021 and the John P. McNulty Prize in 2023—this partnership with JMC Academy reaffirms Kruu’s dedication to setting the benchmark for experiential, future-ready education.
